The all-inclusive package

One price. Everything handled.

For an international patient the surgery is only half the challenge. The other half is a foreign city, a foreign language, and a hundred small logistics you'd rather not manage two days after a procedure. So we manage all of them.

What is included

Itemised, so nothing is left to imagination

The medical part

  • Your procedure — all surgical, theatre and hospital fees
  • Pre-operative blood tests and screening
  • All post-operative medication and the aftercare kit
  • First wash performed for you and taught to you
  • Photo reviews at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, answered by your team

Your stay

  • 4★ hotel, 2–3 nights depending on procedure, breakfast included — 5★ available as a paid upgrade
  • Twin or double room at no surcharge if you bring a companion
  • Named before you pay a deposit — so you can check the reviews yourself
  • Walking distance or a short transfer from the clinic

Getting around

  • Met in the arrivals hall — no drivers holding misspelled signs
  • Private transfers: airport → hotel → clinic → airport
  • Your coordinator rides with you, not just the driver
  • Timings arranged around your flights, including late arrivals

Support

  • A named coordinator on WhatsApp before, during and after the trip
  • Interpreter at every medical conversation — nothing signed in a language you don't read
  • 2am number that a human answers
  • Help with the small things: pharmacy runs, restaurant bookings, a lost charger

What's not included

  • Flights
  • Anything you buy in Istanbul that isn't part of your treatment

That is the entire list. No “graft surcharge,” no “premium anaesthetic,” no add-ons invented in the chair.

The price we agree is the price you pay

Your quote is issued in writing before you book a flight, and it does not change on the day. If examination suggests a different plan, we explain it and you decide — with the option to walk away at no cost.

Where your surgery happens

A licensed hospital — named to you as soon as your date is confirmed.

Academista is your patient-care team, not the operating facility. Your procedure is performed by an experienced surgical team at a fully licensed hospital in Istanbul — a real hospital environment with anaesthetic support and emergency infrastructure in the building.

You'll have the hospital's name, address and licence in writing before you travel, and your written op notes — graft counts, technique, who performed each stage — come home with you.

The rhythm of the trip

Four days, no gaps

1
Day 1

Arrive & consult

Airport pickup, hotel, blood tests, face-to-face consultation. The plan can still change here — at no cost.

2
Day 2

Procedure day

Design agreed in the mirror, then surgery under local anaesthetic. Back at the hotel by evening.

3
Day 3

Check & wash

Bandage off, first wash, aftercare taught. The rest of the day is yours — carefully.

4
Day 3–4

Home

Fly any time from the day after surgery. Follow-up continues on WhatsApp for a year.

Travelling together

Bring your partner. Or your mate. Honestly, bring your mate.

A striking number of our patients don't come alone — a wife who fancied Istanbul, a brother, two friends who booked the same week and recovered together over room-service football. It works: companions keep you honest about aftercare, and the trip stops feeling medical.

Companions stay free in your room. Two patients travelling together each get the package — and one shared coordinator who has an easier week for it.

Recovery and a city break are not mutually exclusive.

Start with the plan, not the booking.

Three photos gets you a surgeon-reviewed plan and a fixed all-inclusive price. The trip attaches to a date whenever you're ready — and not before.
