Here is what it costs.
No form. No “request a quote.” No price that changes once you're sitting in the chair in a country where you don't speak the language.
Why this page exists
We checked. The largest hair transplant clinic in Turkey has a page titled “Hair Transplant Cost” that runs to several thousand words and never states its own price. That's the industry norm. We think it's indefensible.
| Package | All-inclusive price | Grafts | Nights | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sapphire FUE | €2,650 | up to 3,500 | 2 | Most patients. Receding hairline or crown, happy to shave. |
| DHI | €3,200 | up to 3,000 | 2 | Frontal hairline work where angle control matters most. |
| Unshaven DHI | €3,900 | up to 2,000 | 3 | You can't be seen to have had it done. |
| Long DHI | €4,400 | up to 1,800 | 3 | Nothing shaved at all — invisible from day one. |
| Beard or eyebrow | €2,200 | up to 1,500 | 2 | Facial hair restoration, alone or added to a scalp procedure. |
What's included
- The procedure itself — all surgical, theatre and hospital fees
- Pre-operative blood tests and screening
- Hotel accommodation for the nights listed, single or twin
- All airport, hotel and hospital transfers
- An English-speaking coordinator with you throughout
- First wash performed for you and taught to you
- Post-operative medication and aftercare kit
- Follow-up reviews at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months
What's not included
- Flights
- A 5★ hotel upgrade, if you want one — the 4★ stay is included
- Anything you buy in Istanbul that isn't a hair transplant
That is the entire list. There is no “graft surcharge,” no “sapphire blade upgrade,” no “premium anaesthetic,” no “PRP recommended on the day.” If a clinic's exclusions list is longer than four items, read it twice.
The price we agree is the price you pay
Your quote is issued in writing before you book a flight. It does not change on the day. If we find on examination that your plan should change, we tell you and you decide — before anything starts, and with the option to walk away.
What actually moves the number
Three things, and only three.
How many grafts you need
The single biggest factor. A receding hairline might need 1,800. A Norwood 5 might need 4,500 across two sessions. Our packages are banded rather than per-graft, which means we have no incentive to inflate your count.
Which technique suits you
DHI takes longer per graft, so it costs more. That does not make it better — for large areas it is often the wrong choice. We'll tell you when the cheaper technique is the right one.
Whether you need one session or two
Advanced loss sometimes cannot be done safely in a single sitting without overharvesting. Where that's true we'll say so at the quote stage — not after you've paid a deposit.
We are not the cheapest clinic in Istanbul, and you should be suspicious of the ones that are.
You can find hair transplant packages in Istanbul for €1,100. That price is real. Understanding how it's achieved is the most useful thing you can do before booking anything.
At that price something has to give, and it is almost never the hotel. It's the surgeon's time — the procedure is run by technicians working through a high volume of patients per day, with a doctor's name on the paperwork and very little of the doctor in the room.
A cheap transplant that fails costs you more than the money. It costs donor hair you cannot get back, and it makes the corrective work harder and more expensive than the original procedure would have been.
| Where | Typical total |
|---|---|
| United Kingdom | £5,000 – £12,000 |
| United States | $8,000 – $20,000 |
| Germany | €6,000 – €12,000 |
| Turkey — high volume | €1,100 – €1,800 |
| Turkey — surgeon-led | €2,500 – €4,500 |
Ranges are indicative market figures for orientation only, gathered from publicly advertised clinic pricing. They are not quotations and not our prices.
The ones people are embarrassed to ask
No. This is a well-documented abuse in this market — a patient arrives, is examined, and is told they need far more grafts than quoted, at a price they can't reasonably refuse having already flown in. Your written quote is fixed. If our examination suggests a different plan, we explain it and you decide, with no obligation and no charge if you choose not to proceed.
A deposit secures your date and is deducted from the total. The amount and refund terms are stated plainly in your written quote — before you commit to anything.
If a second session was part of your original plan, we tell you that before you book and price both. If a second session becomes necessary because your existing hair carried on receding — which is normal and not a failure of the transplant — that's a new procedure at the normal rate. If it's needed because our work underperformed, see the next question.
We review you at 12 months against the plan we agreed in writing. Where growth has genuinely underperformed against that plan, we correct it at our cost. We deliberately don't advertise a “lifetime growth guarantee certificate” — those are common in this market, and a certificate issued by a clinic in another jurisdiction is far harder to enforce than patients assume. We'd rather give you a specific commitment than an impressive-looking one.
Instalment arrangements are available — ask your coordinator for the current terms. We'd add one thing: if a hair transplant is a financial stretch right now, it will still be there in a year, and the medical case for waiting is often stronger than the cosmetic case for hurrying.
Quotes are issued in euros and honoured in euros. You will not be asked to settle a different figure in lira on the day.
